Allison, girl… you are such a beauty & I’m so excited to share your senior portraits!
Y’all, I’m serious when I tell you that the sunrise SFA shoots are starting to become some of my favorites! Campus is clear and cool, and the light? The light! It’s just beautiful!!!
We started out at the iconic SFA entrance just as the sun was coming up, and the light was almost as radiant as Allison was! She was killing it right away, and on top of being so easy to photograph, she was so easy to be around too! I am so lucky to get to work with the BEST Lumberjack grads!
Allison, you’re stunning. Really.
Love this one! And the message of “Have Courage & Be Kind” on her cap? LOVE LOVE LOVE!
So pretty!! And those eyes? Gorgeous!
This one’s a favorite for sure!
Allison is a member of Traditions Council, so it was fitting to get some shots in front of the iconic Rusk Building steps too… & I’d say she makes that old building look pretty darn good!
I’m telling you – having campus all to ourselves on those early weekend mornings is sooo sooo worth that alarm clock going off early!
LOVE this one, Allison!!
Y’all know I can’t resist a good SFA ring shot!
Allison, congrats on your graduation! I know you’re going to do such a good job at Tanglewood, and it would be so fun if Peanut ended up in your class!
Thank you for being so easy-going and a joy to work with!! Enjoy every moment of the end of your SFA career & soak up every second of your graduation celebration. You’ve earned it!!!
Y’all… this senior portrait session… so. good. First of all, I was so excited to get to photograph Cony because she was one of my amazing Orientation Leaders. Second, there are super fun personal details – including a superhero appearance. Third, Cony brought friends with her & all of us were cracking up throughout pretty much the whole shoot.
Cony, you were killing it right off the bat! This is one of the first shots I took, and I LOVE this one of you!!
I love this one too!!
Ok so this was so fun… Cony mentioned that she’d sworn not to touch the SFA sign until it was time for her graduation, so I got to capture that moment for her! Loved that. And getting that detail shot of her SFA ring as she touched the sign? Even better!
This was such a fun idea! The Spiderman cap was awesome enough, but then revealing the superhero attire under her gown? Perfection.
One of my most favorite SFA traditions is decorating axe handles. We exchange them within the orientation staff, and it’s so fun to see what everyone comes up with. I love how this shot of Cony’s ring turned out tucked into the tulle bow on her axe handle!
Y’all know I love a good laughing shot… and Cony, you did not disappoint! I think I’ll not mention (or show) what was going on behind me…
SFA is seriously a gorgeous campus – especially in the spring time!
Cony, you’re beautiful!!!
I had to snag a shot of the entourage before we wrapped up the shoot! I seriously had a blast with y’all!
Cony, I am so proud of all of the things you’ve accomplished during your time at SFA, and it’s been incredible to watch you grow into the leader you are! SFA’s a better place because of you, and I can’t wait to see what big things you accomplish next! Thanks for letting me be the one to take your pictures!
Last weekend I got to meet Sarah for her senior portrait shoot early Saturday morning, I just had a blast! The weather was amazing – nice & cool – and the morning light was just LOVING Sarah! It was definitely a great way to kick off a Showcase Saturday.
Sarah will be earning her Biology degree, and with her sweet nature and good sense of humor, I know she’s going to do such a great job as a teacher! I hope you end up getting placed in a second grade class like you want, Sarah!
Love this one!
Sarah, you are so pretty, girl!
Of course we had to get a few shots with the iconic Surfin’ Steve!
Um… hello, Gorgeous! Love these next few!
That pale mint blazer was sooo cute on Sarah! Kinda made me want to go get one for myself haha. And that smile? Even better!
Another favorite for sure!
Sarah – I truly enjoyed getting to know you and laughing about the things little kids say – I wish you many years of funny classroom stories! Enjoy the last few weeks of your time here at SFA!
